RESOLUTION NO. 6,819 91
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE ENGINEERING
CONTRACTS FOR THE SEVENTH YEAR CDBG STREET
AND DRAINAGE IPIPROVEMENTS TO INCLUDE THE
EIGHTH YEAR CDBG CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
1,1HEREAS, some of the Eighth Year CDBG improvement
projects are extensions of the Seventh Year CDBG improvement
projects; and
14HEREAS, the firms holding the present engineering
contracts have provided excellent service, have a good
working knowledge of work to be done and are familiar with
City procedures in planning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. Engineering contracts for the Seventh
Year CDBG street and drainage improvements are hereby extended
to include the Eighth Year CDBG construction projects.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval.
