A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A LOT FOR
PARK PURPOSES: COMENDING DAVID E. AND MARION K.
ROBERTS FOR THEIR DONATION: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, David E. and Marion K. Roberts has agreed to
dedicate the lot located at 1114 West 33rd Street in the
vicinity of Swaggerty Branch Park to the City of park purposes,
and;
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the dedication be
accepted and that David E. and Marion K. Roberts be commended
for deeding the land to the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The dedication of the lot located at 1114 West
33rd Street in the vicinity of Swaggerty Branch Park is hereby
accepted.
SECTION 2. David E. and Marion K. Roberts are hereby
commended for their dedication of the land to the City.
SECTION 3, This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
