A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF LAND
FOR PARK AND FLOODWAY PURPOSES; COMMENDING
ROBERT AND RUTH ITZKOWITZ FOR THEIR DONATION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Robert and Ruth Itzkowitz have agreed to dedicate
certain lots to the City for Park and Floodway purposes, and.
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the dedication be
accepted and that Robert and Ruth Itzkowitz be commended for
deeding the land to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The dedication of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6,
Block 8 of the John Barrow Addition is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. Robert and Ruth Itzkowitz are hereby commended
for their dedication of the land to the City.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval.
