A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF LAND
FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES: COMMENDING MARTIN AND
ROSEMARY BORCHERT FOR THEIR DONATION, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Martin and Rosemary Borchert has agreed to
dedicate certain lots to the City for municipal purposes,
and;
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the dedication
be accepted and that Martin and Rosemary Borchert be
commended for deeding the land to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The dedication of the east 80 feet of Lot 10,
the east 75 feet of Lot 11, Block 19, Worthen and Browns
Addition is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. Martin and Rosemary Borchert are hereby
commended for their dedication of the land to the City.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
