A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE BY THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY SITUATED IN PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS,
TO JOSEPH JR. AND EDNA M. SAVOY.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Little Rock
Municipal Water Works, by Resolution duly enacted on the 1st
day of June 1982, requested the Board of Directors of.the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to approve the sale of the
hereinafter described real property held in the name of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the use and benefit
of the Little Rock Municipal Water Works; and
WHEREAS, said Board of Commissioners has determined
that said sale, upon the terms and conditions set forth here-
inafter, will be to the best interest of the City of Little
Rock; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of
Arkansas, be, and they are hereby, authorized
execute a Warranty Deed on behalf of the City
Arkansas, conveying to JOSEPH JR. AND EDNA M.
following described real property situated in
Arkansas, to -wit:
Little Rock,
and directed to
of Little Rock,
SAVOY, the
Pulaski County,
Lot 10 and the North 25 feet of Lot 9,
Block 27, Park View Addition to the City
of Little Rock, known as 2518 North Pierce
Street.
Said conveyance shall be for a cash consideration of
Forty Thousand & No /100 Dollars ($40,000.00), payable to the
Board of Commissioners of the Little Rock Municipal Water
Works.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
Exhibit to Res. #6,803
THAT the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a municipal
corporation organized, chartered and existing under the
authority of the laws of the State of Arkansas, Grantor,
by its Mayor and Acting City Clerk, duly authorized by proper
Resolution of its Board of Directors, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of Forty Thousand & No /100 Dollars
($40,000.00), and other good and valuable consideration,
does hereby grant and sell unto JOSEPH JR. AND EDNA M. SAVOY,
Grantees, and unto their successors and assigns forever,
all of its right, title, interest and claim in and to the
following described lands in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
to -wit:
Lot 10 and the North 25 feet of Lot 9,
Block 27, Park View Addition to the City
of Little Rock, known as 2518 North Pierce
Street.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
a municipal corporation, has caused these presents to be sign-
ed by its Mayor and its Acting Clerk, and its corporate seal
to be hereby affixed, all in accordance with and pursuant to
a Resolution of its Board of Directors, duly and regularly
adopted this day of , 1982.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
On this day personally appeared before the undersigned,
a Notary Public within and for the County and State afore-
said, duly qualified, commissioned and acting, CHARLES BUSSEY
and ROBBIE HANCOCK, to me well known to be the Mayor and Acting
City Clerk, respectively, of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and stated that they had executed the foregoing Warranty
Deed for the consideration and purposes therein mentioned
and set forth. n
