A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
FILE A LAWSUIT FOR AN INJUNCTION AGAINST THE
OPERATION OF THE INFANT- TODDLER MONTESSORI
SCHOOL AT 5419 KAVANAUGH, WHICH IS IN VIOLATION
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized to
file a lawsuit seeking an injunction against the operation
of the Infant - Toddler Montessori School, located at 5419
Kavanaugh, which is in violation of the Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
