A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE CITY SAFETY
COMMISSION, THE ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION,
THE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY AGENCY OF PULASKI COUNTY,
AND THE PORT AUTHORITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. William A. Treadway, III and Mr. Charles Joseph

Dixon, are hereby appointed to three year terms on the City Safety
Commission, said terms expiring January 1, 1985, replacing Mrs. Willie
Oates and Mr. Harlan T. Holmes.
SECTION 2. Mr. Frank Dussex is hereby reappointed to a four
year term on the Advertising and Promotion Commission, which term will
expire May 4, 1986.
SECTION 3. Director A. M. "Sandy" Keith and Director Lottie
Shackelford are hereby reappointed to the Economic Opportunity Agency
of Pulaski County, representing Little Rock, for a one year term ending
May 20, 1983.
SECTION 4. Mr. William L. Cravens is hereby reappointed to a
five year term on the Little Rock Port Authority, which term will
expire July 6, 1987.
SECTION 5. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
