A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS
NI FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE CONTINUING EDUCATION FACILITY

m. AT THE CONVENTION CENTER; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
a TO SIGN THE LEASE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. A lease agreement to be entered into with the
Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas for the management
of the continuing education facility at the Convention Center is
hereby approved.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the
lease on behalf of the City.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
