A RESOLUTION REAFFIRMING THE CITY'S POLICY
THAT THERE SHALL BE NO SALES OF BEER IN
MURRAY PARK EXCEPT THOSE MADE BY RIVER -
FEST, INC. DURING THE PERIOD OF RIVERFEST;
AUTHORIZING RIVERFEST, INC. TO OBTAIN A
RETAIL BEER PERMIT FOR MURRAY PARK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
o BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the

City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
o Section 1. The City's policy that there shall be
a no sales of beer at Murray Park except those made by

Riverfest, Inc. during the period of Riverfest is hereby

o reaffirmed.

Section 2. Riverfest, Inc. is hereby authorized
° to obtain a retail beer permit for Murray Park and is
hereby granted the exclusive right to sell alcoholic
beverages at Murray Park for the period of Riverfest
1982. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into
an agreement with Riverfest, Inc. granting them the exclu-
sive right to sell alcoholic beverages at Murray Park.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and approval
ADOPTED: April 6, 1982
