RESOLUTION NO. 6,776
A RESOLUTION REAFFIRMING THE CITY'S POLICY THAT
ACTIVITIES IN THE CITY'S PARKS SHALL BE SELF -
SUPPORTING; STATING THAT THE CITY MANAGER
DOES NOT HAVE AUTHORITY TO WAIVE FEES
FOR ACTIVITIES IN THE CITY'S PARKS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. The City's policy that activities in
the City's parks, particularly the activities for adults,
shall be self.- supporting is hereby reaffirmed.
Section 2. The City Manager does not have authority
to waive fees for activities in the City's parks.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and approval.
