RESOLUTION NO. 6,773
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF T140 THOUSAND,FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500)
TO OBTAIN ADDITIONAL LEGAL SERVICES IN THE
APPEAL OF THE CASE OF ANN CASH v. CITY; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. The expenditure of two thousand,
five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) is hereby authorized
to obtain additional legal services in the appeal of the
case of Ann Cash v. City.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and approval.
