A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE ARKANSAS
MUNICIPAL LEAGUE SUBMIT AN A11ICUS CURIAE
BRIEF IN THE JOHN ERICKSON CASE;AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. Arkansas Municipal League is hereby
requested to submit an amicus curiae brief in the John Erick-
son case.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and approval.
