A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE THAT PART OF PINE VALLEY ROAD
LYING BETWEEN THE SOUTH LINE OF THE S1 /2 S1 /2
SECTION 24, T -2 -N R -13 -W, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS,
AND THE SOUTH RIGHT -OF -WAY OF THE CRI&P RAILROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock,Arkansas, on the 26th day of March
1982, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon that part of

Pine Valley Road lying between the South line of the S1 /2 S1 /2 Section 24,
T -2 -N R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and the South right -of -way of
the CRI &P Railway in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, dedicated and
now appearing of record in Record Book 48, Page 217, in the office of
the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,subject, however, to any
public utility easements located in said street if any.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M.,
on the 20th day of
, 1982.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a
week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little
Rock.
