A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
LITTLE ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. LeRoy T. Williams is hereby appointed to
serve as a Commissioner of the Little Rock Housing Authority of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas to fill the unexpired term of
Mr. Lou B. Hoffman, which term expires October 14, 1985.
SECTION 2. Mr. Calvin Scribner is hereby appointed to
serve as a Commissioner of the Little Rock Housing Authority of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas to fill the unexpired term of
Mr. Booker Day, said term to expire October 12, 1987.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
ADOPTED: March 30, 1983
