RESOLUTION NO. 6,952
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF SECOND SOURCE
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD A
CONTRACT ACCORDINGLY FOR A COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR
THE DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT SUPPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
accept the bid of and award to Second Source of Tustin, Georgia,
for the purchase and installation of a computer system for the
Department of Management Support for a total price of $142,496.00
payable from the general fund.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from the date of its approval.
