A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO PURCHASE THE WRAPE ESTATE PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE FOURCHE BOTTOMS.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to purchase
the Wrape Estate property located'in the Fourche Bottoms, described
as Ei, SE', Sec. 26, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, the
funds for which purchase have been previously appropriated.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from the date of its approval.
