RESOLUTION NO. 6,944
RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR
PLEASANT RIDGE STREET, WATER, DRAINAGE AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 636
OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Pleasant Ridge
Street, Water, Drainage and Sewer Improvement District No. 636
of Little Rock, Arkansas, have made due report to the Board
of Directors that they have qualified for office and have
organized, have formed plans for their improvement, and have
estimated the cost thereof, and have recommended the appoint-
ment of Leon E. Sneed, Jr., William A. Payne and George Fox, Jr.,
all duly qualified electors of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
assessors to assess the benefits in said District; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the report is approved, and
that Leon E. Sneed, Jr., William A. Payne and George Fox, Jr.,
be and they are hereby elected as assessors for Pleasant
Ridge Street, Water, Drainage and Sewer Improvement District
No. 636 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and they are directed to
take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be
received by each and every lot or other tract of land within
said District by reason of the proposed improvement.
