A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
AWARD AN ENGINEERING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT FOR THE LEAWOOD
BRANCH, SUNNYMEADE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT;
AND FOR PHASE A OF THE GEYER SPRINGS BRANCH,
SENATE DRIVE TO McCLELLAN SCHOOL AREA DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to award

an engineering design and construction management services contract
to Richardson Consulting Engineers, Inc., for the Leawood Branch,
Sunnymeade Drainage Improvement Project for an estimated cost of
$21,000.00 for engineering fees and services; and to award an
engineering design and construction management services contract
to Cromwell Engineers, Inc., for Phase A of the Geyer Springs Branch,
Senate Drive to McClellan School Area Drainage Improvement Project
for an estimated cost of $41,250.00 for engineering fees and services.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from the date of its approval.
