RESOLUTION NO. 6,938
A RESOLUTION IMPOSING A ONE -YEAR MORATORIUM
ON THE USE, LEASE, OR SALE OF THE TENNENBAUM
BUILDING SITE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby imposed a one -year moratorium on
the use, lease, or sale of the Tennenbaum Building site effective
immediately.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from the date of its approval.
