A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD CONTRACTS FOR THE
DEMOLITION OF TENNENBAUM BUILDING AND FOR
STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT IN THE JOHN
BARROW AND STEPHEN SCHOOL NEIGHBORHOODS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
the low bid of and award a contract to Lando Patton Construction, Inc.,
for the demolition of the Tennenbaum Building for a total price of
$49,160.00 payable from the CDBG fund; and to accept the low bid of
Heavrin Construction Co., for drainage improvements in the John
Barrow and Stephens School neighborhoods for a total price of
$274,850.65 payable from the CDBG "fund.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from the date of its approval.
