RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF EASEMENT
IN ENGLAND ACRES
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 220
WHEREAS, on or about the 1st day of April, 1974, Centura Homes,
Inc., did grant to the City of Little Rock, for the use and benefit
of Little Rock Sanitary Sewer.Departinent, the right, privilege, power,
authority and easement to build, rebuild, remove, maintain and operate
sanitary sewer lines, pump stations, ponds and other facilities in and
upon the following land situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 5, Township 1 South, Range 12 West
being more particularly described as:
Starting at a point which is the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of the
said SE 1/4 of Section 5; thence Northerly along the East line of
said Section 5 for 798.6 feet; thence Westerly along a bearing of
South 88 degrees 15 minutes West to a point of the Northwesterly
right of way line of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad
which is the Point of Beginning; thence continuing Westerly on the
same course for 700 feet; thence Southerly along a line parallel
to the said East line of Section 5 to the point of intersection
with the said Northwesterly right of way line of the Chicago, Rock
Island and Pacific Railroad; thence Northeasterly along the said
railroad right of way line to the Point of Beginning; the above
described tract containing approximately 6.0 acres.
WHEREAS, the easement encumbering said property will no longer be
maintained by the City of Little Rock; and ,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Little Rock to
convey its right, title and interest in and to said easement to the
Commercial National Mortgage Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Little
Rock is hereby authorized to execute an appropriate instrument conveying
said easement to Commercial National Mortgage Company.

QUITCLAIM DEED

Know all men by these presents:
That the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, by proper resolution of
its Board of Directors, GRANTOR, in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) in hand paid by Commercial National Mortgage Company,
an Arkansas corporation, GRANTEE, the receipt of which is hereby ack-
nowledged, does grant, sell and quitclaim unto the said GRANTEE, and
unto its successors and assigns forever all its right, title, interest
and claim into the following lands lying in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 5, Township 1 South, Range 12 West
being more particularly described as:
