RESOLUTION NO. 6,913
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD CONTRACTS FOR
ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL WORK FOR THE
RIVERFRONT PARK RECREATION ROOM.
WHEREAS, invitations to bid for electrical and mechanical
work for the Riverfront Park Recreation Room were duly advertised
and bids received pursuant thereto which are attached as an
exhibit hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidders have been
determined, and it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
authorize the issuance of such contracts to such bidders,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into
contracts with the bidders named in the attached exhibit for
total contract prices as set out, the funds for which have been
allocated.
Section 2. All work provided for hereby shall comply with
bidding specifications. Upon completion of the work, receipt of
the items, or from time to time as may be required, the City
Manager and the Director of Finance are hereby directed to issue
the necessary warrants for payment.
