A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS
TO THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION, THE BOARD OF
ELECTRICAL CODE APPEALS, AND THE ZONING BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following persons are hereby appointed and
reappointed to the Little Rock Planning Commission to serve three-
year terms expiring November 1, 1985:
James C. Summerlin - replacing Betty Turner
John Ulmer, Jr. - replacing, Ron Tabor
John Clayton - replacing Robert Wright
Richard Massie - reappointed
SECTION 2. Melvin Styers and Robert T. James are hereby
reappointed to serve three -year terms on the Board of Electrical
Code Appeals, said terms expiring November 25, 1985.
SECTION 3. Steve Smith is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired
term of James C. Summerlin on the Zoning Board of Adjustment which term
will expire February 4, 1983, and to a three -year term ending
February 4, 1986.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
and after its adoption.
