RESOLUTION NO. 6,892
A RESOLUTION SELECTING THE HODGES FIRM
AND ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS
AS ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS FOR THE NINTH
YEAR C.D.B.G. PROJECTS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Consultant Selection Committee met on
October 28, 1982, to select consultants for the Ninth Year
C.D.B.G. Projects; and
WHEREAS, four firms presented their proposals to the
Committee and were determined to be well qualified and to
have adequate manpower to handle the projects; and
WHEREAS, after close consideration the Committee voted
to recommend the Hodges Firm and Environmental Technical
Consultants to serve as engineering consultants for the
projects.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Hodges Firm and Environmental Technical
Consultants are hereby selected to serve as consultants for
the Ninth Year C.D.B.G. Projects.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval.
