RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF THE HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF EAST ROOSEVELT ROW
FROM DUGAN ST. EAST FOR 150' IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 11th day
of August, 1982, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon 50' x 150' of the South ROW of East Roosevelt Rd., from
Dugan St. to 150' East, which is a portion of an existing 160' ROW.
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat
of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 1296, Page
389, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
subject, however, to any public utility easements located in
said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o'clock P.M., on the 16th day of November , 19 82
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in
the City of Little Rock.
