A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
AND CLOSE THE NORTH 20 FEET AND THE
SOUTH 20 FEET OF MICHAEL DRIVE IN
BROWNWOOD TERRACE PHASE II ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 30th
day of August 19 82 , asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and close the North 20 feet of that portion of Michael
Drive lying between Lots 39 and 63, and the South 20 feet of
Michael Drive lying between Lots 55 and 56, all in Brownwood
Terrace Phase II Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing on
record in Deed Book., Page 235, in the office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public
utility easemants located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7 :30 o'clock P.M. on the 16th day of November , 1982
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publi-
cation once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circu-
lation in the City of Little Rock.
