RESOLUTION NO. 6,8
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AN ALLEY LOCATED EAST OF LOT
6 AND THE SZ OF LOT 5, BLOCK 22, ORIGINAL CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
7th day of September , 1982, asking the Board
of Directors to vacate and abandon an alley located East of
Lot 6 and the S2 of Lot 5, Block 22, original city of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any
public utility easements located in said alley. It is further
stated in said petition and in an attached letter from the
Little Rock Abstract Company that there is no plat of record
with the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas which
dedicated said alley to the public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
AND THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The 'nearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall
at 7:30 o'clock P.M., on the 16th day of November ,
1982.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in
a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the city of Little Rock.
