A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
FACTORIA STREET BETWEEN ROOSEVELT
AND JONES STREETS IN FACTORIA THIRD
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board
of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on
the 20th day of September , 1982, asking the Board
of Directors to vacate and abandon all of FACTORIA
Street between ROOSEVELT and JONES Streets in BAKER REPLAT
of Blocks 18 & 20 of FACTORIA THIRD Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of
said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book No 1
Page 248 , in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the Citv Hall at
7:30 o'clock P.M., on the 16th day of November ,1982
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
