A RESOLUTIO14 SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE ALL OF THE WEST 827.42 FEET OF
LORENA AVENUE AND THE SOUTH 201 FEET OF AN UNNA14ED
20 FOOT RIGHT -OF -WAY WHICH LIES WEST OF TRACT 19,
HILLVALE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE POCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 22nd day of June, 1983,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the West
827.42 feet of Lorena Avenue and the South 201 feet of an unnamed 20
foot right -of -way which lies West of Tract 19, of Hillvale Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said
Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book A, Page 219, in the
office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however,
to any public utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION . The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Ball at 7:00 o'clock
P. LI., on the 19th day of July, 1983.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City
of Little Rock.
