A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LITTLE ROCK
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION TO GRANT AN
EASEMENT TO THE LITTLE ROCK WASTE WATER
UTILITY (SEWER DEPARTMENT).
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Little
Rock that the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission be
authorized to grant a certain easement on airport land to the
Little Rock Waste Water Utility (Sewer Department).
Now, therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission
is hereby authorized to grant to the City of Little Rock for the
use and benefit of the Little Rock Waste Water (Sewer Department)
an easement described as follows and depicted on the attached
drawing:
A strip of sanitary sewer easement 50.00 feet in
width bounded on each end by an existing sanitary
sewer easement, lying in the West half of Section
8, Township 1 North, Range 11 West, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas; being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the west quarter corner of said
Section 8; thence S 00 023'00" E, 484,41 feet along
the west line of Section 8 to a Point of
Beginning; thence N 26 °14'21" E, 618.47 feet to
the edge of an existing sewer line easement;
thence N 89 °17'00" E, 56.09 feet along the
existing sewer line easement; thence S 26 °14'21"
W, 743.65 feet to the west line of said Selction
8; thence N 00 °23'00" W, 111,58 feet along the
west line of said Section 8 to the Point of
Beginning; containing 0.78 acres (34,053. S.F.),
more or less.
