A RESOLUTION URGING B.G. CONEY TO EXPEDITE
THE WORK OF MAKING IMPROVEMENTS TO EXCAVATED
LAND ON CANTRELL ROAD ACROSS FROM RAZORBACK
SQUARE.
WHEREAS, an excavation on the property of B.G. Coney
Construction Company on Cantrell Road across from Razorback
Square made to provide fill dirt for construction purposes has
created an eysore, a potential safety hazard, and an
embarrassment to the citizens of Little Rock; and,
WHEREAS, it appears that there has been no need to
extract fill dirt from the site for a substantial period of time;
and,
WHEREAS, this unsightly and hazardous condition should be
eradicated without further delay,
Now, therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Mr. B. G. Coney, President of B. G. Coney
Construction Company, is hereby urged to take measures
expeditiously to rectify this situation to the end and the land
may be restored to as near a normal condition as the
circumstances admit.
