A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE YORKSHIRE DRIVE AND A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY, IN YORKSHIRE PLACE,
AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the 11th day
of April, 1983, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon all of Yorkshire Drive, along with a certain parcel of
real property designated as "Lawn area," in the Yorkshire Place
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on
the plat of said addition now appearing of record in Plat Book
4, page 128, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County
Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7 :00
p.m., on the 21st day of June , 1983.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in a manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in
the City of Little Rock.
