A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE SUPPORT OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE APPLICATION OF
THE BIBLE CHURCH OF LITTLE ROCK FOR A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
CLASSROOM SPACE AT WALNUT VALLEY CHRISTIAN
ACADEMY; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO APPROVE A FOUNDATION PERMIT FOR THE PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby expresses its
support for the application of the Bible Church of Little Rock
for a conditional use permit for the construction of classroom
space at the Walnut Valley Christian Academy.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
approve a foundation permit for the project.
Section 3. This Resolution is not to be construed as a
waiver of any Planning Commission requirements that may be
imposed through the conditional use process.
