RESOLUTION NO. 7,121
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO GRANT AN EASEMENT FOR THE RELOCATION OF
A GAS LINE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE GILLIAM
PARK LAND TRADE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager of the City of Little Rock is
hereby authorized to grant an easement for the relocation of a
gas line in conjunction with the Gilliam Park land trade in
accordance with the standards and requirements as set forth by
the Real Estate Officer, Buster Riley.
SECTION 2. The City Manager shall verify the legal
description and the proper location of the easement and shall not
execute said easement until she is satisfied that all legal
requirements have been met.
