A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE INTENT OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO ZONE TRACT 4125 OF THE
CUNNINGHAM REPLAT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF THE DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, hereby expresses its intention to zone tract
number 25 of the Cunningham Replat to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas C -2 at the time such property is voluntarily annexed to
the City.
