RESOLUTION NO. 7,057
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
OFFICE TO ENTER INTO A SETTLEMENT IN DALEY,
ET AL. V. FLEMING, ET AL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized to enter
into a settlement in Daley, et al. vs. Fleming, et al.,
LR -C -83 -392, which will include, but is not limited to the
following terms:
a. $2500.00 in attorney fees
b. $500.00 in settlement of all claims of James McCraw
C. Reinstatement, including back pay and benefits for
Franklin J. Daley.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after this date.
