RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS FOR
WEST MARKHAM SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.- 146
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, The Board of Commissioners of West Markham Sewer
US
Improvement District No. 146 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have reported
to the Board of Directors that there have been substantial material
physical changes in the condition of the properties located within
tte District and that the assessment of benefits thereon should
be revised as provided by law and reassessed and have reported
the death and resignation of two of the assessors on the Board
of Assessment for said District and have recommended the appointment
of John M. Kapp and Dennis E. Nelson, duly qualified electors
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as successors on the Board of Assessment
to reassess the benefits in said District, as authorized by law;
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the report is approved and that John M.
Kapp and Dennis E. Nelson be and they are hereby elected as Assessors
for West Markham Sewer Improvement District No. 146 of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and they are directed to take their oaths of office
and to reassess the benefits to be received by each and every
lot or other tract of land within said District by reason of the
completed improvements.
