RESOLUTION NO. 7,205
A RESOLUTION SETTING NEW FEES TO BE PAID TO
THE CITY BY GOLF PROFESSIONALS FOR POWER
CART RENTALS AT CITY GOLF COURSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Power golf carts shall be provided and furnished
by the golf professionals who shall pay to the City not later
than the 10th of each calendar month a percentage of the gross
receipts (exclusive of state sales tax) for the rental charges
therefor covering the preceding calendar month, as follows:
a) 308 of gross receipts (exclusive of state sales tax) -
effective July 1, 1984;
b) 32.58 of gross receipts (exclusive of state sales tax) -
effective July 1, 1985;
c) 358 of gross receipts (exclusive of state sales tax) -
effective July 1, 1986.
SECTION 2. Such payments shall be made to the Finance
Department of the City. The City reserves the right to approve
rental charges for all golf carts, both hand and power.
