A PROPOSED RESOLUTION REGARDING CITY HALL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Interested parties may submit a plan for
the construction and financing of a new City Hall and the
renovation and use of the present facility within the
next sixty (60) days. Such plans should be submitted
to the City Manager, who will forward them to the Board
of Directors for approval.
SECTION 2: If an acceptable Plan for the rehabili-
tation of the present facility and for financing and construc-
tion of a new facility is not received within sixty (60)
days, the City Manager is then directed to go forward
with plans for the renovation of City Hall and to prepare
a plan for the renovation and necessary financing for
submission to the Board of Directors for their approval.
