A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
Gasland Avenue between West Markham
Street and Second Street, AND Second
Street between Gasland Avenue and
Rockefeller Avenue IN Arkansas
Heights ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 9th day of March , 1984,
asking the Board.of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the North one -half
of Second Street between Gasland Avenue and Reckefeller Avenue in Arkansas
Heights Addition, AND the West one -half of Gasland Avenue between West Markham
Street and Second Street, in Arkansas Heights Addition, to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as.designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing on
record in Deed Book 1, Page 53, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements located
in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall.be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:00 o'clock P.M., on the
17th day of April 1984.
SECTION 2. . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
