A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO PURCHASE PROPERTY ON ASHER AVENUE FOR
FIRE STATION NO. 14 FOR $75,000.00.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a deed for the purchase of
property at 8121 Asher Avenue, more particularly described as Lot
6, 7, and 8, Block 7, Pike Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas,
said property being approximately 100' by 140' with approximately
100' frontage on Asher Avenue for $75,000.00 for Fire Station No.
14.
