A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE HIGH STREET
BETWEEN WEST SEVENTH AND INTERSATE 630
IN COMPTONS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was,duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 6th day of January, 1984, asking the Board of Directors
to vacate and abandon all of High Street Between West Seventh Street and Interstate 630
in Blocks 413 and 402 of Compton's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 41, Page 248,
in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however to any
public utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing,on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:00 o'clock P.M., on the 20th
day of March , 1984.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing
in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive
weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
