A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE MALEKIN STREET
BETWEEN GAMBLE ROAD AND TIMBER RIDGE
STREETS, IN HILLVALE _ ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF Lf —TILE ROCK,N AS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 8th day of V December , 1983 ,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of _ MALEKIN
Street between GAMBLE ROAD and TIMBER RIDGE Streets between
Block 16 and 17 of HILLVALE — Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of
record in Plat Book 4 , Page 38_ , in the office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of
the Board
of Directors
in the City Hall at
