A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE

PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
BOTTOMS, AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED
OF THAT PROPERTY.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract to purchase
fifty (50) acres of land in the upper area of Fourche Bottoms for
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per acre for the completion of the
Fourche Drainage Project.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a deed quitclaiming five
(5) acres of said property back to some of the owners in order to
clear the title and comply with the request of the owners.
