Fleming, City Manager FROM: j: rphy, Director of Finance SUBJECT: C a gin Auditors In view of the letter we have received from Frost & Company requesting that the City audit payment be increased $5,000 and the CDBG annual audit be increased $2,000, I am recom- mending we change auditors. I have checked with Price Waterhouse and they will honor their 1983 bid, which as you will see below is the next low bidder. I am sure we will receive higher quotes if we rebid -this audit service now that JTPA has been dropped. I suggest we place this item on the September 26 agenda.
