RESOLUTION NO. 7,254
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
HIRE OUTSIDE COUNSEL IN AUTRY V. LAWRENCE, ET AL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Attorney's Office is hereby
authorized to contract for the services of James L. Sloan, former
Assistant City Attorney, to handle the upcoming case of Autry v.
Lawrence, et al.; Circuit Court No. 83 -7856, for an amount not to
exceed $1,000.00.
