A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED IN FAVOR OF
OMEGA TUBE & CONDUIT CORPORATION FOR THE
SALE OF APPROXIMATELY 0.43 ACRES LOCATED IN
TRACT D, AREA 103, LITTLE ROCK PORT
INDUSTRIAL PARK, SAID DEED TO CONVEY THE
LAND AS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND TO BE DELIVERED
UPON PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE
PURCHASE PRICE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Port Authority (the "Port
Authority ") has received an offer for the sale of the real
property described below to Omega Tube & Conduit Corporation, an
Arkansas corporation ( "Omega "); and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 7218 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas (the "City "), adopted on the 19th day of June,
1984, the City conveyed 18.94 acres of land to Omega; and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that an additional
0.43 acres should be conveyed from the City to Omega; and
WHEREAS, the Port Authority has requested that such
additional real property be conveyed by the City to Omega;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Omega has determined that an additional
0.43 acres in Tract D, Area 103, contiguous to property conveyed
to Omega by the City is necessary to complete the industrial
project contemplated by Omega. The tract of land is more
particularly described as follows:
A tract of land situated in the Northwest ; of the
Northwest ; of Section 22, Township 1 North, Range 11
West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Common Section Corner of Sections
15, 16, 21 and 22, all in Township 1 North, Range 11
West of the Fifth Principal Meridian; thence S O1° 25'
41" W, 60.00 feet to a point on the South right -of -way
line of Frazier Pike, thence along said South
right -of -way line of Frazier Pike, S 870 52' 09" E,
926.40 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
continuing along said South right -of -way line S 870

52' 09" E, 15.00 feet; thence S 02° 07' 51" W, 1260.25
feet to a point on the South Property Line of the
Little Rock Port Industrial Park; thence along said
South Property Line, N 870 48' 31" W, 15.00 feet;
thence N 02° 07' 51" E, 1260.24 feet to the Point of
Beginning, and containing 0.43 acres, more or less.
Section 2. The Board of Directors of the City hereby
approves the sale of the property described herein to Omega and
the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and
on behalf of the City a Warranty Deed and the appropriate Plat
and Bill of Assurance, conveying said property to Omega; and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said
instruments and to deliver the same to the Office of the City
Attorney for delivery of same to Omega upon full payment of
consideration in the sum of $10.00
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from the date of its adoption.
