A RESOLUTION COMMENDING SUSAN B. FLEMING
AND EXPRESSING TOTAL CONFIDENCE IN HER
ABILITY TO PERFORM HER DUTIES AS CITY
MANAGER.
WHEREAS, Susan B. Fleming has served as the City
Manager of Little Rock, Arkansas, for 15 months; and
WHEREAS, she has remained current and maintained
knowledge of issues relevant to the City; and
WHEREAS, she has effectively implemented, administered
and evaluated City programs established through policy
directions of the Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, she provides excellent leadership for her
staff and maintains harmonious working relationships with
members of the City Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, she represents the Office of City Manager with
poise and dignity within the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Susan B. Fleming be commended for her
15 months service as City Manager.
SECTION 2. That we, the members of the Little Rock
Board of Directors, are confident in her abilities to
perform the duties of City Manager.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall become a part of the
personnel file of Susan B. Fleming from and after its
adoption and approval.
