A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR CHIPPED
SEALING OF SELECTED CITY STREETS IN 1984.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to
accept bids and award a contract to the bidder as set forth in
the attached fact sheet and bid tabulation for a contract for
chipped seal of selected city streets in 1984, for a total price
not to exceed the budget, payable from the funds specified in the
fact sheet.
