A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CAROLYN B. WITHERSPOON,
ACTING CITY ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, R. Jack Magruder III, City Attorney, has been
granted a leave of absence beginning August 17, 1984; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Magruder will be running for office as
Little Rock Municipal Traffic Court Judge.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: Carolyn B. Witherspoon is hereby appointed
Acting City Attorney, beginning on or about August 17, 1984
until November 12, 1984, or until Mr. Magruder returns from his
leave of absence.
Section 2: Carolyn B. Witherspoon is hereby granted
all benefits, including salary, of the City Attorney's Office.
